Medical Malpractice

There is a limited amount of time, known as the statute of limitations in which to file a lawsuit. In Washington, generally you have three years from the date of the negligence to file a lawsuit in state court. If the negligence involves the United States Government or sometimes government contractors generally you may have less time to file a claim or lawsuit.
